And we apologize.

Hello everyone, and thank you for being here today. Here at Tech Away, we have had something very unfortunate and unpredictable occur. It has recently come to our attention that our newest update - an update that intended to have a positive effect - has instead caused damage. This is extremely upsetting to us as we try to provide the best and only the best for our customers. We have realized that some of our parts have failed, and this has resulted in  much discomfort on our part. We want to sincerely apologize for what has happened to all of our customers and inform you that, effective immediately, we have taken all parts and updates known to cause harm out of production and inventory. We whole-heartedly apologize to the individuals who have been hurt by this unfortunate event, especially those who have incurred injury. Within the next 24 hours we will delete and reinstall new updates that will prevent overheating and damage to all remaining products. Additionally, we will repair the damage created by supplying customers with new technology, at no cost to them. From the Tech Away team, we are deeply sorry that this event occurred, and we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that something like this will not happen again. We were able to effectively repair and replace the defective products because of our loyal customers, just like you. Communication is key -  the best way for us to make amends, is to listen to our valued customers, who benefit from our products and guarantee. Not only will our loyal customers be completely satisfied with our products, but we will keep our ears open to new customers and their concerns. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and we love to think of our customers not as just customers, but as part of the Tech Away family.
